We hope you love your purchase from Funky Peach!! However, we understand not everything will work out as you imagined. If you decide to process an item(s) for a return, we would be happy to offer you store credit! We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
How to process a return:
To receive store credit, you will email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, and item(s) that you would like to return. We will reply with all the return information needed within 24 hours!! Some important info:
- You will have 7 days after the delivery date to email us with your return inquiry
- Use “Return Inquiry” as the subject.
- The item must be shipped back to the return address given. Postage will be your responsibility as the buyer.
- Until the item has been received on our end, it is still your responsibility (we suggest using postage with tracking).
- The item must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with tags still attached. If the item seems to be worn, damaged or without the original tags, the item will be returned back to you and no store credit will be given.
- You have 7 calendar days from your original “Return Inquiry” email for us to receive it (we suggest shipping it back asap).
- We will reach out to you via email when we receive the item(s) with a store credit code for you to redeem when you please… yes!! No expiration date :)
The following items are FINAL & CANNOT be returned:
- Second Hand Items
- All sale items
- Accessories including but not limited to earrings, necklaces, hair clips, shoes, etc.
